In order to register to the 65th FIAF Congress in Buenos Aires, please print out and fill in the Congress Registration Form (pdf/adobe acrobat format) and fax it or mail it to the Congress Coordination Office in Buenos Aires with a copy to the FIAF secretariat in Brussel, before March 31st:

ADMISSION AND ATTENDANCE FEES

The Members and Associates may register free of charge for all events of the Congress under the following conditions:
– Member archives may register 4 Delegates free of charge.
– Associate archives may register 2 delegates free of charge.
– Additional Delegates of the fiaf Archives, members or associates, must pay a flat fee of U$S 200 for the entire Congress, and will be admitted to all events, including lunches, dinners and evening events.

Speakers belonging to member or associate archives, invited by the Organisers, will not be subject to the mentioned restrictions.

OTHER:

Donors congress fees: U$S 200
Visitors congress fees: U$S 300
External Argentine participants: U$S 200
Students: $AR 200

The payment of the fees will enable donors and visitors to assist to all Congress events, including lunches, dinners and evening events, but not to the General Assembly sessions. Please note that the places of several facilities will be limited in number and that therefore the access of late registrants will be adapted in consequence.

The speakers invited by fiaf will participate free of charge to all congress, events including lunches, dinners and evening events.

The additional Congress participants (extra Delegates, donors and visitors) will pay their fees at their arrival. The Congress kit will be handed over against
payment of the participation fee.
