SIGNING UP

For FIAF member and associate archive delegates attendance is free for all Congress events, subject to the following conditions:

• a. MEMBER archives: up to four delegates
• b. ASSOCIATE archives: up to two delegates
• c. The fee applicable to additional members and associates,
      as well as academics, archivists and donors is 200 euros per person*.
• d. Students: 100 euros per person*
• e. Companions of members and associates: 100 euros per person*

* This fee for additional members and associates grants access to all of the Congress activities and public screenings at the Filmoteca de Catalunya. The companion fee grants access to the opening ceremony, cultural activities, public screenings and closing ceremony. The fee for academics, archivists and donors enables access to all Congress activities and public screenings, but not to the General Assembly. The student fee grants access to all scientific sessions (Symposium and Second Century Forum), public screenings and cultural activities.

* Limited entry. Registration will remain open until April 5th or full capacity is reached.

COMMERCIAL STANDS

During the Congress, the Filmoteca de Catalunya offers a limited number of commercial stands for film-related products. These spaces have a cost of 1,200 euros plus a 300 euros deposit (giving you access to the entire Congress, except the General Assembly).
Sponsors contributing over 5,000 euros will not be obliged to pay this fee.
